His cinema highlights include “In Which We Serve”, “San Demitro, London”, “The Fallen Idol” and “Treasure Island”. He went to Hollywood in 1959 to make “Darby O’Gill and the Little People” for Walt Disney. He died in 1976 in London at the age of 80.
